Cherrapunji, locally known as Sohra, is one of the wettest places on Earth. Surrounded by misty mountains and spectacular waterfalls, it is famous for Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and breathtaking natural scenery.
Overview of Dawki
Dawki is a picturesque border town famous for the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. The transparent river creates a magical boating experience where boats appear to float on air. It is also known for its scenic landscapes and proximity to the India–Bangladesh border.
